Magoo, is a colourful character, you name it, he's probaby done it. Singer/songwriter, host, family performer, guitar teacher, backyard shed builder, and fashion plate (Check out Fashion Tips for Tuesday on his Facebook page), all come quickly to mind. He has been writing songs and playing them in clubs, concerts and at festivals across the country since 1974, and he has opened shows for Taj Mahal, Roger McGuinn, The Band, Joe Cocker and David Bromberg among others. He delights audiences both young and old, and is happy to be back at Mariposa, the festival that inspired him to take all this fun seriously.

He has hosted the legendary Blue Skies Music Festival in Clarendon Ontario for the past 33 years and is a founding member of the Ontario Council of Folk Festivals.
