Volunteers
Mariposa Folk Festival is a volunteer-driven event that can only be staged with hundreds of wonderful people generously donating their time. Our volunteer crew is known for its exceptional professionalism and civic contribution, and we are always on the look for good new people to join the team.
Our volunteers work a minimum of 12 hours during the 3 days of the festival, usually over three shifts. They also attend an orientation/training session to learn about their job and meet their Crew Chief, and other volunteers. For their contributing their time, Mariposa Folk Festival volunteers receive free admission to the festival and a souvenir Mariposa Crew t-Shirt.
