Camping Administration

Fulfill administrative duties at the Camping Accreditation Desk. This includes completing forms, data entry, and providing information to campers.

Duties may include monitoring the camping areas, directing campers where to place tents, and directing campers where to park. No overnight shifts - shifts will be scheduled during festival operating hours with some shifts during the day on Friday before the festival opens.

Chair Compound

Team to remove abandoned audience chairs to the chair compound after the festival closes Friday and Saturday night. Distribute chairs Saturday and Sunday morning. Some lifting involved.

Working with a team to set up and tear down all electrical hookups and maintain all electrical needs during the festival days. Team volunteers from Thursday to Monday. Electrical experience an asset. Heavy lifting may be involved.

Site Communications (Central Control)

Central information site and liaison with team leads throughout festival.Central Control is the main station for communication and troubleshooting. The coordination of all areas using radios to communicate and locate people. Central Control starts operating at lunch on Friday and continues until Sunday night. Good communication and problem solving skills.

Setting up stages on Wednesday and Thursday and teardown on Monday. Heavy lifting may be involved. Closed toed shoes required.
