Original Work
All work shown must be the original creation of the exhibitor. Work made from purchased kits will not be accepted.
Site Options
Three site options are available, 10 x 10, 10 x 15 (facing into the Artisans' Village) and 10 x 15 (facing towards the pedestrian path and main stage). Exhibitors must provide their own display booth, chairs, tables and lights (optional). This is an outdoor festival. Exhibitors should be prepared for sun, rain and wind. Energy efficient booths would be appreciated.
Parking
Sunday Night Departures
For safety reasons, artisans staying open after dark on Sunday are asked to wait until the evening concert ends and the majority of audience members have left the park before driving their vehicles off the festival site. If you wish to close up your tent early and watch the Sunday night concert, your vehicle can remain in the designated Artisans' Village/Volunteer/Performer parking area.
