York University Launches Mariposa Online Exhibit!
To mark Mariposa’s 50th anniversary, York is launching an online exhibit of a selection of photographs, festival programs and sound recordings from the festival, highlighting historical documentation from the 1960s and 1970s. The exhibit, funded by a matching grant from the Ministry of Heritage, appears here:

Permanent Archives
The Mariposa Folk Foundation and its feature event, The Mariposa Folk Festival, have a long and rich history. Fortunately, much of that history has been chronicled in a variety of media over the years. Many of these documents are now being generously preserved at the Clara Thomas Archives and Special Collections. This repository is housed at York University.
Historically important items were collected during a decade long search by the Mariposa Folk Foundation Board of Directors. Materials gathered included; programs, newsletters, photos, posters, recorded music, clothing, and primary documents. The result of that effort was a donation-in-kind through the York University Foundation in June of 2007. Read about the dedication ceremony here.

Festival Retrospective Pages
"Festival Year" pages make available the resources currently available from that year (download-able program, music, poster, photos, videos, etc).
Music!
Mariposa-Folk Radio brings together as much of the music recorded on "Mariposa CDs and Records" as we can track down and upload into one location for your listening enjoyment.
Individual albums can be played in each of the "Festival Year" retrospective pages.
